We are an independent property management company serving the Greater Los Angeles area for over 15 years. We manage a small portfolio of single-family homes, which means you deal with the same property manager from your first tour through the end of your lease.

All of our available houses are listed on Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads. We don't maintain any up-to-date listings on this website.
If you are interested in one of our houses, contact the listing property manager directly for more information. Our property managers can give you a tour and tell you more about the lease terms, requirements, and application process. Applications should be submitted directly to the property manager.
When searching for a home, be wary of scams. We will never ask you to submit any fee, deposit, or application without meeting with you in-person to give you a tour of the home.
